Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Camber Cars Inc. ("Camber," "we," "us") collects when you visit cambercars.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've tried to write it in plain English.

Information we collect

Camber is a configurator-first platform. Most of what you do on the site happens locally in your browser. We collect:

• Configuration data you save — vehicles, trims, options, and notes you save to "My Garage." Currently this is stored in your browser's local storage, not on a server.
• Basic analytics — pages visited, referring source, device type, and session timing. This helps us understand what's working.
• Affiliate click data — when you click a partner link (e.g., to a vehicle manufacturer's order page), our affiliate partner records that click for attribution.
• Contact info you provide — if you email us at hello@cambercars.com, we keep your message and address so we can reply.

We do not currently require accounts, passwords, or payment information.

How we use it

• To run the configurator and save your builds.
• To understand how the site is used and where to improve it.
• To earn affiliate revenue when you click through to a partner brand and complete a purchase or qualifying action.
• To respond to your messages.

We don't sell your personal information. We don't run third-party advertising on Camber.

Third parties we work with

• Cloudflare — hosts the site and serves content. Cloudflare may log standard request data (IP address, user agent) for security.
• Impact — affiliate tracking. When you click an outbound partner link, Impact records the click for attribution. See impact.com/privacy.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the site.
• Cloudinary — serves studio images of vehicles.

If we add new third parties, we'll update this list.

Cookies

Camber uses a small number of cookies and similar storage:

• Local storage for your saved builds.
• Session storage for UI state (e.g., dismissed prompts).
• Affiliate tracking cookies set by Impact when you click a partner link.

You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.

Your choices

If you're in California, the EU, or another jurisdiction with data privacy laws, you have rights including the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. Email hello@cambercars.com to make a request and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Camber is intended for users 16 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Changes

We'll update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top.
