Welcome to Camber. By using cambercars.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Using the Service
Camber lets you browse vehicles, configure builds, and save them. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in a way that violates any law or regulation.
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the site without our written permission.
- Interfere with the Service's operation or security.
- Use the Service to mislead others about vehicle pricing, specifications, or availability.
Vehicle information
Camber displays vehicle data (specifications, options, pricing, imagery) sourced from manufacturers and other public sources. We work to keep this current, but we don't guarantee accuracy or availability. Always confirm pricing, specs, and availability with the manufacturer or dealer before making a purchase decision. Camber is not the seller, financier, or warranty provider for any vehicle shown.
Affiliate relationships
Camber participates in affiliate programs with vehicle manufacturers, charging networks, and other partners. When you click certain outbound links and complete a qualifying action, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This doesn't influence what we show you — we display every relevant vehicle whether or not a partnership exists.
Your content
If you save builds or submit information through the Service (including contact emails), you grant Camber a non-exclusive license to use that content to operate and improve the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
Intellectual property
The Camber name, logo, configurator interface, and original content are owned by Camber Cars Inc. Vehicle imagery and data may be owned by manufacturers or other rightsholders. Don't reuse Camber's branding or product without permission.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any purpose. Vehicle specs, pricing, and configurator outputs are estimates — your actual experience with a manufacturer or dealer may differ.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camber Cars Inc. and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD $100 or the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Camber harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, particularly in response to violations of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
